Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders submitted after 6:00p.m will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Information
- Delivery window are estimated to arrive within 4 to 7 days.
- Shipping Rates:
- Free shipping on orders over $200
- A $15 flat fee applies to orders under $200
- Service Area: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Freight Deliveries: Many of our products are shipped using third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers).
If your purchase includes a freight item, we’ll contact you to arrange curbside delivery. Please make sure your phone number is correct when checking out.
Order Confirmation & Payment
- After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying that it’s been received and your payment authorization is complete.
- Your card will only be charged once your item ships.
- For backordered products, we may place a temporary hold to secure your item in advance.
