Here at The Smooth Essence, we strive to make your shopping experience hassle-free. That’s why we’ve made our returns and refunds process as straightforward as possible:
Return Window
You can return most items within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item you received is defective or not as described, we’ll cover the return shipping expenses.
- If you're returning a product due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Faulty Products
Should you receive an item that is damaged or defective, notify us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a free return, and once the item is received and inspected, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
Returns for Changed Mind
Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return the item. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping will be at your expense. After we inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund for the product price, but shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
After your return is received and verified, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
