What to Do If Your Item Arrives Damaged
- When your order is delivered, please inspect the packaging carefully.
- If you see any visible damage—even just on the box—note it on the delivery receipt before signing.
- If you’re unable to inspect it at the time of delivery but suspect damage, write "suspected damage" on the receipt.
If your product is indeed damaged
- Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
